A complete range of corrugated packaging, produced in our own factory.
Board grades
3-ply (single wall)
Light to medium products, retail and food boxes. Flutes B, C or E.
5-ply (double wall)
Heavier goods, appliances and high stacking. Typically BC flute.
From paper roll to finished box

Corrugating
Kraft and test liner rolls are fluted and glued into corrugated board.

Cutting & creasing
Board is cut to the exact blank size and creased where the box will fold.

Printing & slotting
Your design is flexo-printed and the flaps are slotted in one pass.

Die-cutting
Special shapes, handles and vents are cut with custom dies.

Gluing & stitching
The manufacturer's joint is glued or stitched, ready to be folded flat.

Inspection & delivery
Every batch is checked, bundled, palletised and delivered to you.
